• The architypal Greek cheese, feta is the salty, crumbly, exceptionally white brick of creamy goodness that elevates many a Mediterranean salad. Surprisingly good when wrapped in foil and thrown on the barbeque. Made with pasteurised sheep and goats' milk.

Feta Cheese AOP: sheep's milk (70% minimum), goat's milk (30% maximum), salt, microbial coagulant, lactic ferments.
