Paprika is a spice made from dried and ground red peppers. Bright red, it gives colour and flavour to a variety of international dishes: Spanish chorizo, Hungarian goulash, Mexican chilli con carne and Portuguese piri piri chicken being just a few. Finely ground and vividly red in colour, paprika should feature on every spice rack.
