Product Description
Also known as risone ('large grains of rice'), orzo is a type of short-cut pasta which looks, you guessed it, like large grains of rice. The Samia Orzo is made from durum wheat semolina and can be used in a variety of Italian dishes; it can be added to salads, soups or casseroles and, of course, works in a number of pasta dishes. Similar products are also commonplace in Arabic, Turkish, Spanish and Greek cuisines.
