From Jean Perrier et Fils, this is a classic Savoie sipper from 100% Gamay grapes. Light bodied and ruby red in the glass, this Gamay has a lively palate of strawberries, raspberries tempered by high acidity. The perfect partner to charcuterie and saucisson but equally at home with cottage pie or a traditional pasta bolognese.
Produced in Combe de Savoie, on the right bank of Isère and north of Lac du Bourget, in Jongieux and Billième.
