• Established by Shanta and L.G. Parthak in a small shop behind Euston station, Patak's has been supplying Indian pickles, sauces, spices and confectionary since the 1950s. Their ready-made, Jalfrezi sauce is the simple way to cook your favourite Indian curry without a ton of basic ingredients. Tomato-based, medium-heat, with flavours of ginger, garlic, coriander and fresh peppers.

Storage

Best Before End: see lid. Store in a cool, dry place away from direct sunlight. Once opened use immediately.
