• Cannellini beans in water. Whilst these white beans come in a can, and are made by the famous Napolina brand, cannellini is not Italian for 'from a can.' These are actually a white, creamy kidney bean with a subtle nutty flavour. High in protein and great for all kinds of hot bean stews and summer salads.
