Encona have been bringing Caribbean flavours to British kitchens since the 1950s. Their range of chilli jams work beautifully as a chutney or a relish. The scotch bonnet pepper is world-famous as a hotter than hot, fruity and flavourful chilli pepper and it gives distinctive heat and succulence to this chilli jam. It's a marinade, a condiment, a dip, a glaze or a flavourful addition to any meal.
