Encona have been bringing Caribbean flavours to British kitchens since the 1950s. This Jamaican Scotch Bonnet Sauce is hotter than hot. Sweet, fruity, smoky and tellement tropical, it's a West Indian hot suace that packs pure fyah! The main ingredient is a Scotch Bonnet chilli mash, absolutely ram-packed with scotch bonnet peppers, bringing you a true taste of Jamaica. Put it on EVERYTHING!
