• Domaine Les Colombettes is a 'grenat' red wine, made with grenache and syrah grapes. Rich nose with deep aromas of ripe fruit, spices and leather. Full-bodied and well-balanced it develops over time to become luxuriously fleshy. Lirac is an AOC from the Southern Côtes du Rhône, covering the best soils (or terroir) of the Gard region. This particular wine derives from vines growing in limestone-rich soils, is known to improve with age and can only benefit from 10-15 years in the cellar.
