Lotus Biscoff speculoos biscuits have been crushed to make a crunchy, speculoos-flavoured topping (or base) for a variety of desserts. Often used to adorn elcairs, and other iced toppings, this crushed lotus biscuit mix is equally suited to becoming a cheesecake base or part of an elaborate fruit crumble. Speculoos is that almost indescribable toffee-like, cinnamon-embellished, caramel-condensed milk, dulce de leche flavour that is both wonderfully rich and constantly moreish.
